The theater is one of the arts where you can feel the African culture and tradition, full of symbols and rituals, narratives and classical dances in the works of protest or representation. The rhythms used in these works of protest are the toyi-toyi, the isicatam and mapatsula.
The sense of rhythm and mime, the love of words and verbiage are qualities that all Africans share in varying degrees and that makes them born actors.
The daily lives of African rhythm passes to various ceremonies, religious rituals, etc.
